Gypsy Rose Blanchard’s estranged husband has filed a restraining order against his soon to be ex-wife, just a matter of days after she filed for one against him.
The now 32-year-old woman was released from Missouri's Chillicothe Correctional Center last year (28 December) after serving seven years behind bars for her role in the murder of her own mother.
Last week, Gypsy-Rose filed a temporary restraining order against her husband, Ryan Anderson, who she is currently divorcing.
For some context, the former couple - who met after 37-year-old Ryan began writing letters to her - tied the knot back in 2022 while Gypsy was still behind bars.

After Gypsy's release, they also did a series of interviews in which they gushed over thow happy they were and their plans to start a family in the future.
They even shocked fans when Gypsy posted a public x-rated message to Ryan when telling him not to listen to the 'haters' on social media.
So, it's no surprise that fans were totally dumbfounded when Gypsy announced their separation at the end of last month (29 March).
Gypsy shared on her private Facebook account at the time: "Unfortunately my husband and I are going through a separation and I moved in with my parents home down the bayou.

"I have the support of my family and friends to help guide me through this. I am learning to listen to my heart. Right now I need time to let myself find… who I am."
Following the bombshell announcement, Gypsy later filed for a temporary restraining order.
Court documents obtained by PEOPLE Magazine show that as well as the restraining order preventing contact, Gypsy is seeking Ryan to 'pay interim and long term spousal support', because Blanchard is 'in need and defendant has ability to pay and she is not at fault for the dissolution of marriage'.
The documents also state that Gypsy asked the court to deny spousal support to Ryan 'as he is at fault in the dissolution of the marriage'.

And, in the latest update of the relationship saga, Ryan filed a restraining order of his own against Gypsy last week (11 April).
Court records reviewed by PEOPLE state that Gypsy's restraining order was filed 8 April - the same day that she filed for divorce less than two years after they wed in a small prison ceremony.
They physically separated on last month, however, on 25 March and have lived separately ever since then.
A court ruling is scheduled to take place next month (23 May).
