If you've been dreaming of a foot-long sausage from Santa Claus this year, then you are in luck as Aldi's giant pigs in blankets hit stores this week.
The supermarket's selling huge, succulent British pork sausages wrapped in smoky streaky bacon just in time to get your chops round it for Christmas.
Aldi's pigs in blankets, which measure a foot in length, will be in stores from Thursday, 6th December. They'll come in packs of two and won't cost you the earth with a £2.99 price tag.
The supermarket says its 'ultimate pig in blanket' serves up to 10 people, although you could probably tackle this in one sitting without a doubt.

Aldi says: "Enjoy 2 succulent foot-long British pork sausages wrapped in delicious smoked streaky bacon. Made from 100% British meat, this is the biggest pig in blanket on the market."
These meaty treats are a special buy only for the festive period, so once they are gone, they're gone so act fast.
In the battle of the biggest sausage, other supermarkets have launched their own versions to rival Aldi's too, with ASDA already selling one for a pricier £5.

ASDA describes this festive treat as: "A Christmas classic turned into the ultimate centerpiece - prepared with tender prime cuts of British pork and wrapped in dry cured oak smoked bacon."
These weigh in at 650g compared to Aldi's 200g pig in blanket.
Our love for pigs in blankets is proving unconditional, as Aldi's also upped the game with smaller triple versions.

Three cocktail sausages are all snuggled under one king-size streaky bacon blanket to turn them into a little bundle of happiness on your Christmas dinner plate.
These go on sale until 19th December, so you'll still be able to enjoy them with any festive feast, and packs are also priced at £2.99.
