If you're not quite feeling in the festive spirit just yet, we have just the tonic: snaps of hundreds of adorable sausage dogs daschund around Hyde park in Christmas jumpers. You are so welcome.
The Hyde Park Sausage Dog Walk was first set up in 2017 by Ana Rodriguez and her pawsome pooch Winston, who wanted to meet up with other owners of the breed regularly.
Now, these meet ups occur a few times a year, but it's the festive event that attracts most participants and brings all the joy to us onlookers - this year taking place last Sunday.

Last year, the meet up attracted 500 walkers, but this year popularity was so high, the event organiser asked publishers to pull the event from their websites as the confirmed amount of attendees was getting too much to manage and the walk had reached capacity.
And it's no surprise really given that it is the sweetest event ever, with sausage dogs dressed adorably as the likes of snowmen, reindeer and Santa.
And luckily for all, the weather held up at the event, allowing all to take in Hyde Park on a crisp but sunny day.
But it wasn't the only dog-tastic event this season that captured people's imaginations, because Exhibit in Balham, South London hosted several bottomless prosecco cinema events that your pup was allowed to attend.

Just you, your pooch and a screening of Mean Girls or Love Actually to kick the holidays off in style. Of course, your dog was offered a few treats of their own too.
Who needs a hot date to take to the cinema when you can take your dog? No doubt much better company anyway.
