Love Island’s Jack Fincham Sheds 2 Stone In 12 Weeks After Split From Dani Dyer
Love Island winner Jack Fincham has shed 2 stone in three months following his split from Dani Dyer, and has shown off the results of his dramatic weight loss journey in a series of before and after pictures.
The 27-year-old was told he was "clinically obese" by doctors, prompting him to kick-start a fitness journey that has seen him drop 11cm from his waist and a whopping 42 per cent body fat.
His transformation comes just weeks after announcing his split from Dani, who stole the crown with him on the hit ITV show last summer.
Before starting his plan, 5ft 11in Jack tipped the scales at almost 16 stone. Now he's measuring a healthier 14st 6lbs, shifting 9kg in total.
Despite his recent break-up, the reality star looked healthy and glowing as he showed off his toned torso in the new snaps.
Jack followed Protein World's Slender Plan programme and a strict workout plan as well as intense boxing training.
The former pen salesman has said he plans to return to the sport at professional level having had 25 amateur fights with his first at the age of just 14.
"When I was 18 to 19, I was going to turn pro and then just discovered girls and going out and then I didn't do it," he told Good Morning Britain last month.
Jack's new routine consists of a series of shakes alongside lean meals such as chicken, turkey, steak or fish with sweet potato or rice and vegetables.
Jack recently stripped off for ITV's The All New Monty 2019: Who Bares Wins alongside fellow Love Island contestant Megan Barton-Hanson.
"I am so grateful for Protein World's help with getting me training right and eating more healthily and providing me with an incredible personal trainer who helped me focus on training correctly," Jack said of his weight loss journey.
