If you're looking for the ideal way to warm up this winter season you're in luck, because a Hot Sauce Festival is coming to the UK - and it sounds spicy af.
The event is going to be in London for one day only, just before Christmas, and will offer stalls full of fiery goodies from varying independent brands - which we think will make great stocking fillers for anyone who likes a bit of spice in their lives.
On Saturday 14th December from 11am until 6pm, Brixton's Dogstar pub, in south London, will play host to three floors of saucy fun where you can tuck into tasty treats, snap up your favourite chilli sauce bottles and enjoy Bloody Marys made with Tabasco sauce or hot chocolate with hints of chilli. It's not all simply shop shop shop either, because you can listen to the DJs and take part in a Christmas sing-along cabaret with a live piano. That's one way to make an event about fiery products feel more festive!
As you wander around the completely free to enter event, you'll get plenty of complimentary samples from independent traders who can also tell you their back stories, so you know where your product has come from and you can walk away with the knowledge you've supported a local business.
Many of the traders have created never-seen-before special products to accompany your Christmas day meal too.
