It's great having a job with perks - especially when those perks include an all-expenses paid for trip to Disneyland!
Well, one billionaire boss did exactly that when he decided to treat 1,200 of his employees and their families to a three-day excursion at the Tokyo location of the famed amusement park, as well as its DisneySea resort.
Ken Griffin, CEO of hedge fund Citadel LLC and founder of market maker Citadel Securities, treated staff who worked at the Hong Kong, Singapore and Sydney branches to the holiday to celebrate the respective companies' 20th and 30th anniversary.

And you thought an expensed work lunch was something to write home about...
All 1,200 staff members as well as their families had all of their travel, entertainment and childcare expenses paid for by the 55-year-old CEO.
It has also been reported that each of the staff members were also gifted with a fast-track pass to skip the long-wait times and queues at the theme park.
Mr Griffin, whose net worth is $36 billion, also splashed the cash on private Maroon 5 and Calvin Harris concerts during the trip.

So - how much did he actually fork out all in all?
Well, considering a one-day pass to the Japanese amusement park can set you back around 10,900 yen (approximately £59), the total sum for just the tickets alone would have cost more than a staggering £70,000.
"Today, the range of talent we have brought together is simply astonishing," he spoke at the ceremony before the 'She Will Be Loved' band were welcomed onstage, saying: "We've created not one, but two firms at the forefront of the industry."
The financial mogul went on to add: "Together, we have imagined and built the future of finance."
And this is by no means the first time Mr Griffin has spent what many of us would call a colossal fortune on his staff as, last year in December, he flew other parts of his workforce to Disney World Orlando.

Following suit, he also similarly covered the cost of flights, hotels, park tickets and meals ranging from lamb chops to sushi and paella for 10,000 staff members from the US, Canada and European as well as their families.
Such staff members were likewise treated to the star treatment with a concert featuring the likes of Carly Rae Jepsen, Diplo and Coldplay.
That really makes your Christmas work do seem a whole lot less glamorous - doesn't it?
