Mrs Hinch mum-shamed after her 'screaming' children 'wake up sleeping plane passenger'

Mrs Hinch mum-shamed after her 'screaming' children 'wake up sleeping plane passenger'

The mum had to endure a three-hour flight with her two children

Cleaning influencer Mrs Hinch has opened up about being shamed while travelling with her two young children on a three-hour flight.

No matter how well behaved children might be, travelling with them is always going to be stressful. The little ones add a whole extra level of responsibility, require more bags and need a lot more entertaining, making it tough for any parent.

So while it might be annoying for passengers without kids, the best thing people can do is be kind to the parents.

It's exactly this kind of support Mrs Hinch needed when she travelled with her sons, Ronnie, three, and Lennie, two, for a holiday this week to enjoy some 'fun in the sun'.

She shared a snap of the two boys getting ready for their flight before they boarded the plane, but after they landed the influencer admitted that the flight was 'traumatising'.

"Hello everyone," she began in a post on Instagram. "It is 1.21am. We have arrived at our villa. The plane journey and flight was traumatising. Um, the boys were like... Hell. Bless them. Absolute Hell.”

Mrs Hinch said there were some kind passengers around the family who 'played peekaboo' with the kids and were 'so helpful', but there wasn't much she could do to stop them crying and screaming during the flight.

"I'd never heard some of the screams like it. I was dripping with sweat by the end of the three hour flight!" she admitted.

The mum said she 'literally wanted to burst into tears' at one point, when a passenger sat in front of the family appeared to be woken up by the kids.

"[They] turned around and looked at me and the kids like we were an absolute disgrace," Mrs Hinch wrote.

"But what can you do when the seatbelt sign is on and you have to keep two toddlers sat in a chair; they didn't want any toys just wanted to run!" she continued.

Mrs Hinch's honest depiction of the flight was met with praise from other parents who shared similar experiences of their own, with one describing their own plane journey to Florida with children as 'hell'.

The influncer assured other parents they were 'not alone when flying with children', and also offered a bit of advice for anyone without kids who might be travelling on a family-filled flight.

"If you are someone on a ‘family’ type flight who wants silence from all kids…. I would suggest taking earplugs maybe," she wrote.

After their ordeal, Mrs Hinch said the family managed to make it to their villa in one piece, where they are now enjoying their holiday.
