We already knew that Tom Hanks was a legend, but now he's being given an award to match.
The 63-year-old Hollywood star, who famously played Sheriff Woody in the Toy Story franchise, is being honoured with a lifetime achievement award at this year's Golden Globes ceremony.
He'll receive the prestigious 2020 Cecil B DeMille Award on January 5th next year when the gongs are officially handed out.

Previous winners include Steven Spielberg, Oprah Winfrey, Al Pacino and Denzel Washington.
Iron Man and The Big Lebowski star Jeff Bridges is the most recent to take the gong, having been awarded it at the 2019 ceremony.
Given his impressive back catalogue having worked in Hollywood for 40 years, it's no surprise that Tom Hanks is next in line.

Some of his biggest titles include Sleepless in Seattle, Saving Private Ran and The Green Mile.
Plus, he won back-to-back Best Actor Oscars in 1994 and 1995, picking up the award for his role in Philadelphia and then Forrest Gump.
He's also previously bagged eight Golden Globes and been nominated a whooping 15 times.

The Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) said it was "proud" to give the actor the accolade.
"For more than three decades, he's captivated audiences with rich and playful characters," said Lorenzo Soria, the organisation's president.
"As compelling as he is on the silver screen, he's equally so behind the camera as a writer, producer and director.
"We're honored to include Mr. Hanks with such luminaries as Oprah Winfrey, George Clooney, Meryl Streep, Martin Scorsese, and Barbra Streisand to name a few."

Tom's next acting role will be portraying Mr. Fred Rodgers in upcoming biopic A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood .
He's also working on WW2 drama Greyhound, which he also wrote and pre-Civil War drama, News Of The World.
At this rate, we're betting he'll be the first person to win the Lifetime Achievement Award twice!
