Pieminister's Bottomless Brunch Is Back And It's Bringing Prosecco And Pies

Forget eggs and smashed avo, sometimes you need to pair something a little stodgier with your bubbles to get the weekend officially started

Brunch is so basic. Don't get me wrong: I love a smashed avocado with a side of smoked salmon. But sometimes you need something a little stodgier to kickstart your Saturday - and pies and prosecco seems like the best plan I've heard all week.

Pieminister

The pie masters at Pieminister will give you an hour and a half to enjoy brunch pies (yeh, it's a thing) alongside bottomless prosecco or cocktails including refreshing mimosas, the iconic Apérol Spritz and brunch favourite, Bloody Mary.

And it's all for just £20. It's like you've pie-d and gone to heaven.

You can also purchase the pies separately if you're designated driver. For £9.95, pies include a 'Morning Glory' with free-range sausage and bacon, cheesy béchamel and baked egg.

'Sunny Pie Up' is a veggie option with red onion and rosemary veggie sausage, béchamel and baked egg. Vegans can enjoy 'The Vegan Banger' with red onion and rosemary veggie sausage, béchamel and vegan cheese.

They're all topped with garlic potatoes, crispy kale, vine tomatoes and a side of smoky baked beans.

Alternatively, try a Gluten-Free Bangin' Bean Skillet: it combines smokey baked beans with halloumi, and is topped with garlic potatoes, crispy kale, vine tomatoes and an extra side of smoky baked beans.

Add a £1.50 stick of pigs in blankets, halloumi bites or vegan sausages.

Brunch is scheduled for every other Saturday, with the occasional Sunday special thrown in to keep you on your toes. But spots are limited and fill up fast - so book to avoid disappointment.

For bookings over eight, people give the restaurant a call. Restaurants in Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Leeds, Liverpool, Nottingham and Sheffield are taking part.

You can book a 90 minute slot from 11am to 5pm (so the last slot starts at 3.30pm).
