Fans Are Going Mad For This £15 Fake Tan Eraser Which 'Gets Rid Of Streaks In Minutes'

Fake tan is great for many reasons, the main being our ability to look like we've been in Majorca for two weeks in a matter of minutes. But unless you're a professional, it also has its pitfalls: we've all fallen prey to unsightly patches, mahogany hands and - god forbid - unexpected rain in our time. *Shudder*

In these instances we scan the internet for quick-fixes and find ourselves scrubbing our bodies with soap, lemon-juice, nail-varnish remover and anything we can get our hands on to turn a normal colour again. If this sounds like you, listen up because Bondi Sands' Self Tan Eraser is said to get rid of fake tan stains in mere minutes.

The miracle product costs £14.99 and is being sold in high street drug stores, including Boots and Superdrug. Boots currently has an offer on the product, and it's half price at £7.49.

The brand say its product "effectively removes self tan without harmful ingredients and exfoliation in just 5 minutes" and works to "prepare your skin for a fresh layer of self tan".

Bondi also claims the remover will moisturise your skin leaving it "silky smooth". Sounds good to us.

The remover works best after at least three days of applying fake tan. Simply squirt some of the foamy product to your hand and apply all over your body to create a lather while in the shower. Wait at least five minutes and then shower it off, hopefully leaving satisfying orange foam in the bottom of your shower.

For more stubborn areas, take a tanning mitt to the spot and scrub away.

But obviously the proof is in the reviews, and these are full of praise for the saviour product.

Among the 400+ five star reviews on the brand's website, one reviewer called the Self Tan Eraser the "holy grail tanning products".

She said: "After hours and hours of scrubbing false tanner off, this product has become one of my holy grail tanning products. I usually leave it on for around 10-15 minutes, get in a warm shower and then wash it away with a wash cloth.

"The tan instantly comes off, and gives you a nice base for the next time you choose to use tanner. I would recommend this product to anyone."

Another happy bronzer wrote: "I'm so glad I no longer have to just wait for my skin to return to its former pasty glory. I can leave this on for 5 minutes and start my tan over on a fresh canvas!"

One more customer said that although the product makes "the skin tingle a bit", "it is worth it because it fully removes any excess tan!"

We think this is one to add to our bathroom cabinet.
