What's better than a week-long trip away from the chaos of work, home and just about everything in between?
Well - one that will set you back the same amount of money you'd pay for a meal deal with holidaymakers falling into a total frenzy after TUI advertised a seven-night holiday in a beautiful Greek island for just a fiver.

The travel agency has pretty much sent us all into a mass hysteria after listing a week-long getaway to Santorini for a humble £5 but things weren't all as they seemed.
The too good to be true bargain holiday was advertised on Wednesday (12 July) at just £5.42 per person. However, there was one catch.
Anyone hoping to hop on board the last-minute offer needed to be willing to catch a flight at 7am the very next day - a small price to pay, quite literally, for a seven-day break in paradise.

The holiday included seven nights of accommodation at the Caldera View Resort, Megalochori, with bed and breakfast included.
Not too shabby at all.
One Twitter user shared the unbelievable deal so that bargain hunters wouldn't miss out on the bargain of the year.
They wrote: "If anyone is able to fly at very short notice from Manchester at 7am tomorrow morning then you can have a week in Santorini for £5.42p each. Thank me now!"

Unsurprisingly, hundreds of spontaneous jet-setters rushed to book the holiday but have since claimed they were met with a 'technical error' when they tried to pay.
Taking to social media to share their grievances, many said they were left severely disappointed as when they attempted to buy, the website kept crashing.
One wrote: "I am literally on annual leave with no holiday plans, seriously considering this!" while a second asked: "What happens if you try to book?"

"It’s a system error people," one replied.
A fourth added: "But if you try to book it says there’s a technical error."
"I can get to book, then when you try to add names it comes up with technical error," penned another.
TUI said that their website was incorrectly showing a holiday package to Santorini for £5 and that the deal was in fact already sold out.

Major bummer.
They also stated that their IT teams were trying to resolve the issue.
It's clear that hopeful holidaymakers were beyond unimpressed with the travel agency and argued that as the holiday was already advertised, TUI should 'honour' the deal regardless of the 'technical error'.
One wrote: "Advertised so have to honour?"
Another tweeted: "There's probably a clause where they can get out of it or maybe say that all the holidays at that price have been booked."
A TUI spokesperson has since issued a statement on the matter.
It reads: "Unfortunately, a technical error meant our website was incorrectly showing a holiday package to Santorini for £5. The holiday in question was already sold out and was no longer bookable.
"We do offer great value deals but unfortunately this was a technical blip. We appreciate our customers being understanding as our IT teams work to resolve the issue."
The hotel confirmed that these were 'not the rates that are valid this season'.
Knew it was too good to be true.
