Fans have been left heartbroken at the clips.

The Wanted fans have been left heartbroken after reflecting on videos of Tom Parker's final concert.

On Wednesday, Tom's wife Kelsey announced the devastating news that Tom, 33, had passed away, following a battle with brain cancer.

The sad news came less than two weeks after Tom had appeared on stage with his fellow bandmates during The Wanted's UK tour.

You can watch a video below:

Fans flooded the video with comments and tributes to Tom, with one person writing: "This is so heartbreaking. I can’t imagine how heartbroken they must all feel."

While another said: "I'm full on sobbing at this, the way max put his hand on Tom's shoulder when he sang that."

And a third added: "What a heartbreaking but beautiful clip."

Meanwhile a fourth commented: "Utterly heartbreaking. Such a beautiful young boy."

"My heart aches I grew up watching him and it’s so sad," added another.

While a sixth said: "We will never forget him."

Our hearts are broken, Tom was the centre of our world and we can’t imagine life without his infectious smile and energetic presence.

"We are truly thankful for the outpouring of love and support and ask that we all unite to ensure Tom’s light continues to shine for his beautiful children. Thank you to everyone who has supported in his care throughout, he fought until the very end. I’m forever proud of you ❤️💫✨❤️"
