A teenager who lost her childhood sweatheart, after he was hit and killed by a car, arranged for his funeral to be turned into a wedding ceremony so she could 'marry' him as she said goodbye.
Most wedding ceremonies take part between two living humans and include the vow 'til death do us part, but this wedding was slightly different.
The 19-year-old girl, known as Zyrine, wore a white dress to the funeral and her boyfriend, Jake Anthony Macadangdang, 22, was carried in a white coffin.

The ceremony took place at the Cauayan Memoria Gardens, in the Phillipines early in the morning.
Zyrine recited her vows and put on a wedding ring just as any bride would do on her big day.
The wedding was agreed to by both families, and although the marriage wasn't legally binding, it was blessed by the church when they provided a priest.

The father of the bride still carried on tradition, and in a speech, he spoke of his daughter's love for her boyfriend and how they had been together since high school.
Jake had just graduated from university and was planning to take a job abroad, but was killed when a businessman crashed into three motorbikes with his car after a row outside a bar.
The upsetting ceremony was just one emotional story this year, after a couple appeared on Don't Tell The Bride after losing their two sons.

The newlyweds now share a daughter, Penny, and are expecting another baby together soon.
