Struggling to find the motivation to work out? Well, why not try a dance workout to the music from The Greatest Showman?

Brought to us by Canadian fitness vlogger Kyra Pro, the HIIT dance workout is just over 15 minutes, and it's set to a selection of the best songs from the movie.

Think 'The Greatest Show,' 'The Other Side,' 'This Is Me' and 'Rewrite The Stars'...

Here it is below:

The video is packed full of easy moves to copy, giving a full-body workout fit with upper body exercises with side-lunges and butt-toning squats to boot.

It's fun, energising and you'll feel like you're performing alongside the Barnum & Bailey Circus the whole time...

Kyra has made a name for herself on YouTube by creating HIIT workouts to some of the best musicals around, from Hamilton to Mamma Mia.

Plus, she's also partial to a Disney workout or two (honestly, her page is full of dance routines set to so many iconic film soundtracks you'll be exercising for hours...)

In other Greatest Showman news, the movie was recently added to Disney+ for subscribers to enjoy.

Initially released back in December 2017, The Greatest Showman was inspired by the story of 19th century showman P. T. Barnum's creation of the Barnum & Bailey Circus and the lives of its star attractions.

Starring Hugh Jackman, Zac Efron, Michelle Williams, Rebecca Ferguson, and Zendaya, the movie was a huge hit, going on to gross more than $430M (£330M) at box offices worldwide.

It was also nominated for an Academy Award - although 'This Is Me' eventually lost in the Best Original Song category to Coco's 'Remember Me' - and had a best-selling, high-charting soundtrack.

In fact, the soundtrack sold so well that they even brought out a 'Reimagined' version of it with a whole host of pop superstars such as Kesha, Pink, and Missy Elliott featured.

Brb, we're off for a quick HIIT workout...
