Woman sparks frenzy after claiming she's dating the 'hottest man alive'

She says she doesn't know what her partner sees in her

Rose-tinted glasses often lead us to believe that our beaus are out of our league — that they're much smarter or funnier or better looking than us.

Well, one woman has sparked a frenzy online after claiming her boyfriend is the 'hottest man alive', and questioned what he sees in her.

Nadya Okamoto is a US-based content creator who frequently shares snippets from her day-to-day like with her 4.1 million TikTok followers.

The 25-year-old recently went viral after gushing about her boyfriend Henry on the platform.

In the video, which has amassed more than 5 million views and 489,000 likes, she shows clips of Henry eating dessert at a restaurant and getting ready for work with a text overlay reading: "I'm convinced I'm dating the hottest man alive and nobody can tell me otherwise.

"Like, every single day, I'm blown away by how f***ing hot this man is," she continued.

"And he's into me!?"

She captioned the clip: "Missing Henry since I’ve been away for the last week."

Her handsome beau, who Nadya has been in a relationship with for four years, sparked a frenzy online as TikTok users flooded to the comments to share their opinions, mostly agreeing with her.

One person wrote: "Yes girl, yes you are."

Another added: "Yeah, you won not going to lie."

And a third joked: "The way I would never know peace whenever he left my sight."

Meanwhile, others reassured Nadya that she's just as attractive.

One user said: "Stop underestimating yourself, you're gorgeous as well!" while another commented, "Why would he think that? You're gorgeous."

Someone else wrote: "He's lucky to have you too."

Elsewhere on TikTok, an expert has shared tell-tale signs that your partner is 'micro-cheating,' after the dating trend went viral on the app.

Dating expert, Hayley Quinn explains that micro-cheating 'walks the line between what would be classified as cheating.'

"It's often about using technology to gain attention from other people without crossing any physical boundaries," she says.

Hayley summarises: "Regular cheating probably involves you meeting someone IRL for physical contact, whilst micro-cheating could be sliding your ex a dm on Instagram to 'see how they are.'"

You may notice changes in their behaviour such as being 'more protective of their phone,' with a key red flag example being their phone 'always placed face down on the table'.

They may also 'turn notifications off as they'd rather you don't see who they're messaging.'

And, Hayley warns that: "Micro-cheating can happen IRL if your partner suddenly starts prioritising nights out with their friends over spending any time with you."

Just another reason for Nadya to hold onto Henry because it can be rough out there...
