This ‘Life-Changing' Anti-Chafe Balm Is The Answer To Chub Rub
While we're all excited about the long-anticipated arrival of the sunshine, the heatwave is proving problematic for many women who are finding the temperature is giving them blisters, or even worse, the dreaded 'chub rub' chafe.
However, there's an answer to this dilemma, in the form of a £7 anti-chafing moisturising balm.
The Body Glide for Her Anti-Chafe Balm can be used in any place where skin rubs together, such as the inner thighs, underarms or toes. The product is made with anti-chafe, anti-blister balm and also contains coconut, sweet almond oil and Vitamins A, B, E and F.
Body Glide says the product "creates an invisible barrier and guards against chapped and cracked skin", and emphasises that it's "great in dry or humid heat, or in the cold... ideal every day for work, travel, fitness, and play".
The product promises to "stop trouble before it starts", with the website explaining: "The balm forms a dry, invisible barrier to protect your skin against the effects of friction and rubbing.
The formulation makes it easy to apply for all-day protection from skin on skin rubbing, chafing from clothing, or pinching and friction from shoes, protective gear, and other irritants.
Fans are raving about the product online, saying it stops chafing and irritation and even prevents blisters from painful shoes.
One said the product had "changed [her] life", saying: "This product is so easy to use! It's pretty much like a deodorant stick and glides onto the skin wherever chafing happens. It creates a protective layer that helps to eliminate chafing from occurring."
Another gushed: "This must probably be one of the best anti-chafe deo out there. Chafing was the biggest curse of my life, especially when working out, before I was made aware of this product's existence.... It is very soothing and my thighs just glide past each other when walking or working out thanks to this stick. I highly recommend it."
To use the balm, which is available on Amazon and numerous sports shops for as little as £7, make sure to apply it directly on the problem areas before getting dressed. This definitely sounds like a game-changer for our commute.
