Keyboard warriors and complainers are often labelled 'Karen' online - but did you know that Kims and Pauls are actually the biggest culprits?!
According to a study looking at a vast variety of TripAdvisor reviews for some of the world's biggest attractions, women named Kim were most likely to leave a negative review, closely followed by Karen.
Meanwhile Pauls are the biggest culprits among men, with David closely following.
While the study, by USwitch, found eight complaints under the name Kim, Karen came in second place with seven while other names including Susan, Sue, Sarah, Julie, Emily, Claudia and Anna had six each.
