With a whole lot of absolutely nothing to do during lockdown, our homes are looking a *lot* cleaner. After all, 'I don't have time' is no longer a valid excuse really, is it?

And one wonder product that people have been loving during lockdown is Flash's Magic Eraser sponges, which remove impossible stains off the likes of walls, hobs and surfaces.

You can use them all around the home, all you need to do is wet, squeeze out the excess water and start erasing. They also work on scuffs and all washable surfaces.

Priced at £2.50 per pack of two on Amazon, the sponges have been going down very well with shoppers, with hundreds leaving five-star reviews of the "brilliant" product.

One mum said it worked wonders at removing her kids' art work off the walls, writing: "2 year old loves to draw on our walls despite being told NO repeatedly, so this is perfect in removing it!"

While another said: "These are like magic. How do they work? I don't know... But I'm glad I discovered them. Removed marks from all over our walls."

One person said the sponge even worked wonders on a tough carpet stain, explaining they had previously tried everything to lift the sticky mark.

They also advised buying more than one pack, explaining the sponges don't last long, but "do the job".

"Why didn't I know about these before? We had a stubborn sticky stain on a cream carpet which we had tried every product and cleaning hack to remove, but all failed," they wrote.

"Until this! One sponge and you can no longer see the mark. True, they don't last long (don't bother buying just two) but they work. I then tried them on our shower to whiten the yellowing grout and that worked perfectly too.

"As long as you accept that you will throw what's left of your disintegrated sponge away after one cleaning job, they do what they say. Brilliant!"

The sponges are available from a number of online retailers as well as supermarkets including Tesco, Sainsbury's and Asda.

Looks like these are about to become a regular in our weekly food shop...
