Remember we told you about the new Lifetime movie, Harry & Meghan: Escaping The Palace, which is currently in the works?
Well, the Canadian film has just cast its leading protagonists, and let's just say they've left people a little... confused.
As you might have guessed from the name, the film focuses around the Duke and Duchess of Sussex in the run up to their departure from the UK, documenting some of the struggles they faced as part of the 'institution'.
There have been two prior films in the franchise - the first movie Harry & Meghan: A Modern Romance, was released in 2018, and chronicled the couple's romance, while 2019's Harry & Meghan: Becoming Royal, aired almost a year ago - and each film features different actors as the royal couple.

But fans were a perplexed to see the latest choice for Harry and Meghan - announced on May 19th, on the couple's second wedding anniversary - as they debuted two actors who indisputably look nothing like them at all.
Jordan Dean and Sydney Morton are set to take on the roles, and... well... just take a look at the promo image for yourself:
Reacting to the images, let's just say fans had some *thoughts*.

"You must me joking...really?," wrote one.
As another raged: "Harry does NOT have that specific of a look why is it IMPOSSIBLE for casting agents to find someone who looks like him".
A third wrote: "Harry and Meghan got to sue Lifetime because who the f**k are these people?"
'Looks like cosplay," another chipped in, while someone else concurred: "Please. stop. just stop."
It comes after the royal pair recently had a tell-all interview with Oprah Winfrey, which aired on CBS, alleging racism in the royal family, Meghan's mental health crisis and the powers of the palace's media team.

A teaser of the film states that it will explore "what really happened inside the palace that drove Harry and Meghan to leave everything behind in order to make a future for themselves and their son Archie.
"The movie will detail Meghan's growing isolation and sadness, their disappointment that 'The Firm' was not defending them against the press's attacks and Harry's fear that history would repeat itself," it adds.
"And he would not be able to protect his wife and son from the same forces that may have contributed to his mother's untimely death.
'"[The movie] will also reveal the private family feuds between Will and Harry, Kate and Meghan, and Harry with Will and Charles, that lead to the ultimate break from the royal ties".

Harry & Meghan: Escaping The Palace is to be executive produced by Merideth Finn and Michele Weiss, while Menhaj Huda will direct from a script by Scarlett Lacey.
The first film cast Parisa Fitz-Henley and Murray Fraser as the royal pair, while Tiffany Smith and Charlie Field took up the roles in the second.
The third movie begun filming this week, and is meant to premiere in autumn.
It's safe to say there are some people who won't be tuning in...
