The Big Bang Theory star Kaley Cuoco has shut down pregnancy rumours after her Instagram followers thought her latest point was hinting that she had a bump.

Kaley had shared a loved-up picture of herself and new husband, Karl Cook, leaning in to kiss each other on their holiday.

However, this very simple picture cranked up rumours that the actress could be pregnant.

Fans commented on the post: "Are you hiding a baby bump?" one wrote.

Another added: "When's the baby due?" followed by a third post asking: "Are you pregnant?"

Kaley squashed the rumours straight away and took to Instagram to address her followers.

On her story, over a screenshot of the original photo, the actress wrote: "I'm so sorry I bent over in a way to where my dress billowed in the wind and made you think this."

In a direct challenge to the fans who asked if she was pregnant, Cuoco added: "Would you walk up and ask this straight to my face?"

We have a feeling the answer is no.

Unfortunately, Kaley isn't the first celeb to be presumed pregnant, Jennifer Aniston has famously addressed the problem with presuming someone is pregnant.

She told Marie Claire: "[These reports give us a] dehumanising view of females, focused solely on one's physical appearance... Is she pregnant? Is she eating too much? Has she let herself go?

Jennifer Aniston has openly spoke about the issue. (

"I resent being made to feel 'less than' because my body is changing and/or I had a burger for lunch and was photographed from a weird angle and therefore deemed one of two things: 'pregnant' or 'fat.'

"We get to decide for ourselves what is beautiful when it comes to our bodies."

Reality stars on Twitter also came out to support Marnie Simpson after it was presumed she was pregnant after 'putting on two stone'.

In a now deleted tweet, a fan posted the pic of Marnie, with the message, "@MarnieGShore I wonder if Marnie is pregnant?"

Marnie responded with: "I've gained almost 2 stone. I'm not pregnant I can assure you. But thanks for pointing that out.

"I'm a healthy size 12 and happy and now I'm getting accused of being pregnant. Great."

TOWIE's Georgia Kousoulou replied to Marnie, she said: "Every time I put on weight people say I'm pregnant . It's ridiculous and disgusting ! And annoying"

Former co-star Amber Dowding added: "I'm getting this too now ... no I'm just carrying a really good sized food baby AND PROUD."
