I'm A Celebrity's James McVey has vowed to confront his relationship with food, following his three week stint in the jungle.
The Vamps guitarist lost 11lbs during his time in camp but he's doing his best to regain the weight and has already managed a couple of pounds.

But, James has revealed how the experience has taught him to confront his unhealthy relationship with food, which dominated his life around five years ago.
"The jungle diet pushed my body and mind to the absolute limit. I felt like I was wasting away," he told the Mirror.
"The contrast between my body before and after has taught me a lot. It's made me recognise that years ago I had a problem.

"About five years ago it dictated my life. I didn't want to go out for meals because I didn't want to eat food I couldn't control.
"I didn't realise how much that had taken over my life and it still does play a big part now. It's a constant battle to try to recognise that moderation is a good thing."
The 24-year-old has also spoken about his reunion with king of the jungle Harry Redknapp, at his home in Dorset.
Speaking on Loose Women he told the panel how Harry and his wife Sandra taught him that the true love stories really do exist, and how it made him realise he wanted to take his relationship with Kirstie Brittain to the next level.

He joked about how when he and Kirstie left the hotel in Australia, she wore a ring that prompted people to believe they had become engaged.
Although that was sadly the case, James did reveal that he does plan to propose, although he admitted he needs to get the ring first.
Love really is in the air for the campmates this Christmas.
