Kylie Jenner doesn’t look happy after Irina Shayk pulls up in the same lion head dress

Both Kylie Jenner and Irina Shayk rocked the same black couture lion gown

Isn't it just terrible when someone's wearing the same couture lion head dress as you?

In perhaps the most unrelatable scenario of all time, a straight-faced Kylie Jenner was seen watching on as Irina Shayk strutted the same black lion head gown at the Schiaparelli show on Monday (23 January).

Take a look at the awkward - yet incredibly stylish - moment below:

Not to speculate, but the 25-year-old makeup mogul did not look impressed in the slightest as 37-year-old Shayk instantly sparked a 'who wore it best' debate in everyone's head during Paris Fashion Week.

I mean, what are the chances of someone wearing a custom-made lion head on their dress... twice in the same night?

The controversial gown was designed for the Italian fashion house's Inferno Couture line, which was modelled by the Russian mum of two who strutted down the catwalk as Jenner watched on with an undoubtedly unimpressed facial expression.

Taking to TikTok, fans were in disbelief over the viral clip, with one person commenting: "There shouldn’t even be more than one of this dress... like people just casually wear a whole lion head to events ??"

Another person thought: "Irina makes it look elegant, Kylie looks like a villain from a movie."

"Kylie looks worried lmao," voiced a third, while a fourth agreed: "The way Kylie is looking at her lmao."

Well, to give some context to the dress and to answer the question we've all been thinking - 'surely that's not a real lion?', the designer brand has assured us that 'no animals were harmed in making this look'.

"The leopard, the lion, and the she-wolf - representing lust, pride, and avarice in Dante’s iconic allegory - in hand sculpted foam, resin, wool and silk faux fur, hand painted to look as life-like as possible," the brand said.

Naomi Campbell also wore one of these unique looks for the catwalk show.

Perhaps surprisingly, PETA President Ingrid Newkirk has praised the fashion house for its 'fabulously innovative' headdress.

Newkirk told TMZ: "Kylie, Naomi, and Irina’s looks celebrate the beauty of wild animals and may be a statement against trophy hunting, in which lions and wolves are torn apart to satisfy human egotism."

Newkirk added: “We encourage everyone to stick with 100 percent cruelty-free designs that showcase human ingenuity and prevent animal suffering."

Despite the lion's head being fake, not everyone was as thrilled at the choice.

Lots of social media users reiterated their stance that animals are 'not a fashion statement', with one person writing: "So sad to see celebrities on such a platform normalize animal cruelty."

Another said: "Glorifying animal hunting is not the one."

Someone else added: "Might not be real but still doesn’t sit right if you are an animal lover."
