Katy Perry has joined the booze-free club after making a pact with her fiancé Orlando Bloom.
The American Idol judge has now been sober for fives weeks - and plans to stay so for a total of three months.
She made the announcement at a cocktail event in New York City on Monday (27 March).

Alongside fellow judges Lionel Richie and Luke Bryan, as well as host Ryan Seacrest, Perry revealed the news while explaining why she wouldn't be sipping on any of the alcoholic cocktails.
She said: "I've been sober for five weeks today... I've been doing a pact with my partner and I want to quit."
When Bryan joked about her potentially breaking the pact, the singer replied: "No, girl, I can't cave. I made a promise. Three months."

The 38-year-old star, who shares two-year-old daughter Daisy Dove with Bloom, is one of many celebs joining the sober train in recent years.
Perry even has her own line of non-alcoholic aperitifs line named De Soi, which she launched alongside her business partner Morgan McLachlan last year.
Designed to offer the same sophistication as a glass of wine but with none of the downfalls, the beverages are made with natural adaptogens for an added health boost.
Speaking to Entrepreneur last August, Perry explained: "It's a great alternative, especially for us, who are the matriarchs in our family.

"Our Monday through Thursdays are intense sometimes, and [we're] juggling a lot. So it's nice to have an alternative but not lose out on that sensual experience."
Adding to this, McLachlan said: "Katy and I enjoy alcohol, but I have a lot of family like my stepmom, who has been sober for like 25 years.
"There is this huge market for people who deserve to have this sensual, celebratory beverage."

While the other judges focused on Trey's performance and how it came 'from his heart,' Perry broke down in tears before yelling: "Our country has f**king failed us... This is not OK.

"I hope that you remind people that we have to change, because you know, I'm scared too."
