Jennifer Lopez praised by fans as she shows off 'real skin' in new makeup free video

Jennifer Lopez fans had a treat on Wednesday as the actress, singer and goddess-made-human shared her skincare regime in preparation for fashions biggest night of the year.

Fans were thrilled to see the rare sight of the 53-year-old without makeup prior to the Met Gala.

Jennifer shared the unusually intimate glimpse into her event-ready regime for Allure magazine on her skin and body care company, JLO Beauty's account.

With over 20K likes, fans were applauding via the comment section.

The video opens with JLO seeing us into her palatial home in a taupe silk robe, before detailing everything it takes to get her signature glow on.

She begins her step-by-step with a generous layer of her 'Holy Grail' JLO Beauty That JLO Glow Serum, working several pumps into her face and neck.

She follows that with skincare non-negotiable JLO Beauty That Big Screen Broad Spectrum SPF Moisturizer, explaining that her signature bronzed look is down to self tan and bronzer over a 'bunch of sun', sharing her tip for 'no sun and sunscreen every single day'.

The video then cuts to her makeup artist and the multi-hyphenate in the chair going for a 'sultry and ethereal' look to allow her 'natural beauty to shine through the makeup'.

"I haven't ever had Botox to this day," she told the Daily Mail in December 2020.
