AI reveals what the Barbie Dreamhouse would look like in different countries around the world

The French Dreamhouse looks like it's from an actual fairytale!

AI has revealed what the Barbie Dreamhouse would look like in different countries around the world, and it’s definitely hard to pick which one we’d most like to live in.

With Greta Gerwig’s Barbie movie on its way - landing in cinemas in a matter of weeks - our love for the iconic doll and everything she stands for has never been bigger.

Airbnb has even unveiled a Barbie Dreamhouse that you can actually stay in if you’re happy to get yourself over to Malibu, California.

Now new research also reveals what the Dreamhouse would look like in different countries around the world, with data analysts at JeffBet using the MidJourney AI tool to create dreamy images.

A JeffBet spokesperson said: “The premise of the upcoming movie is Barbie becoming ‘expelled’ from the utopia and exploring the ‘real world’. We wanted to discover how the best-rated countries to live in the world could be ‘Barbified’ if her adventures let her jet set around the globe.

“People all around the world and of different generations share the love for Barbie and have had at one point considered a life in the Barbie Dreamhouse. This analysis has truly captured the essence of each country from the weather to the amenities and the landscape.”

As for Airbnb's Dreamhouse? That's available to book from 17 July, just a few days before the flick hits screens.

The bright pink beach house is located in Malibu, California, with 'Ken' serving as guests’ host for their stay.

He writes in the listing’s description: “Welcome to my Kendom! While Barbie is away, she has handed over the keys to her Malibu DreamHouse this summer and my room could be yours for the night.

“I’ve added a few touches to bring some much-needed Kenergy to the newly renovated and iconic Malibu DreamHouse.

“Placed perfectly above the beach with panoramic views, this life-size toy pink mansion is a dream come true!”

Bookings - which are for up to two guests, who will have access to one bedroom and one private bathroom - opens at 10am PT (6pm BST) on 17 July.

You can either opt for one or two-night stays, with available dates being 21 July and 22 July.

The listing continues: “Situated along the stunning, photogenic coastline, the Malibu DreamHouse is a sunny surfer’s sanctuary surrounded by beach, beach and more beach - just the way I like it.

“I’ve decked out the place with a little more… well, me! I’m more than just beach! My cowboy stuff is great. And horses! Guitars, games and more.

“And of course, rollerblades, because I literally go nowhere without them.

“Now, guests can live it up Ken-style for a neon night in Barbie Land - six-pack not included.”

During the stay, guests will be able to take a spin through Ken’s wardrobe, learn a line dance on the outdoor disco dance floor, perform a sunset serenade on his guitar, and sunbathe by the infinity pool.

The listing said a concierge will ‘ensure a comfortable stay for you and your guest - including showing you around and setting out and arranging meals’, adding: “These one-night stays are not a contest. Guests are responsible for their own travel to and from Malibu. This home is privately owned and operated.”
