A Wine Company Is Paying Someone £250 To Drink 12 Bottles Of Vino

Ever feel like you haven't quite found your calling in life? Well, get this. A wine company is on the lookout for an official taster for two of its new crates, and they're paying £250 to whoever will help out.

Yep, Vintage Roots, an organic wine seller, is going to pay one lucky vino fan to drink 12 bottles of its best stuff - and there really is no catch.

If you're chosen to judge their wines, you'll be sent a case of Vintage Roots' Organic Everyday Case, and a case of the Rosé Summer Six.

Each is filled with six bottles for you to try, and they'll arrive straight to your doorstep - meaning you barely have to move from the sofa to make some cash.

Unfortunately, it's just the two cases that Vintage Roots need somebody to try, and it likely won't be a rolling job. But we can think of worse ways to earn some extra cash...

The website reads: "Do you dream of spending your summer sipping wine in the garden? Do you consider yourself a wine connoisseur? If this sounds like you, we may just have the perfect job for you...

"Whether you are a red wine, white wine or rosé wine fan, Vintage Roots are looking for someone to become a professional summer wine taster, sampling and tasting the finest organic wine from the comfort of their own home all while earning £250 at the same time.

"Put your feet up with a Pinot Grigio or enjoy socially distanced Sauvignon with your friends.

"If this sounds like just the job for you, all you need to do is read our terms and conditions below, following the instructions to enter the competition via our social media channels."

To enter, all you have to do is post a picture of yourself drinking a glass of wine on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram, tagging them in the caption.

On Facebook and Twitter, the company can be found at @VintageRootsltd, while they go by @VintageRootsWines on Instagram.

To be considered, you also have to use the hashtags #summerwinetaster and #comewinewithme.

You've got until 31st August to be considered, and Vintage Roots will announce the winner on 4th September.

You can then expected to be paid after 30th September, giving you plenty of time to sample all 12 of their bottles.

It should go without saying you'll need to be aged 18 or above to enter this one, folks.
