You might not be ready to wave goodbye to Christmas just yet, but Cadbury has announced that the white Creme Egg hunt is back and there is £10,000 up for grabs.

Exactly 743 white chocolate Creme Eggs will be made available in the UK and will be wrapped in regular packaging.

This means you'll have to be extra vigilant when buying the chocolatey treat, as it is very possible all of the eggs in every store have been unwrapped in the hunt for the limited edition confectionery.

There are eight £10,000 rewards available when the hunt begins on the 14th January.

Cadbury will also be launching a 'Where's Wally-esque' challenge where the eggs will be hidden in other brand's adverts.

If you spot one on a billboard, in a blog or newspaper, all you have to do is take a picture of it and send it to Cadbury for your chance to win.

Finding an egg in an advert and taking a picture could see you secure a prize worth £10,000.

There will also be 30,000 vouchers for milk chocolate Creme Eggs, and 1,000 white chocolate Creme Egg prizes.

Cadbury has very helpfully released a list of where all the white chocolate eggs can be found.

ASDA will be hiding one egg worth £10,000, four worth £1,000, 11 worth £100 and 95 worth £50.

The Co-op has the exact same amount as ASDA but instead the supermarket will be releasing seven somewhere in the UK each week.

M&S has one egg worth £10,000, one worth £1,000, one worth £100 and 108 worth £50 - with seven also being released in mainland UK on a weekly basis similar to the Co-op.

Morrisons, Sainsbury's and Tesco will have one egg worth £10,000, four worth £1,000, 11 worth £100 and 95 worth £50.

If you do find an egg, make sure that you keep the wrapper or you won't be able to claim your prize.

PSA: all you need to do is check the ingredients list which will say whether it is white or milk chocolate.

The hunt will end on 21st April 2019 at 11.59pm, and claims have to be made before 21st May 2019.
