This Pudding Company Is Hiring Someone To Taste All Of Their Desserts For £15 An Hour
What if we told you there was a way to get paid to eat puddings? Like, literally make dollar from eating delicious tasty treats? You'd think we were pulling your leg, wouldn't you? Well you can see where we're going with this...
Pots & Co, the company who specialise in individually potted puds, is looking for a Pudding Taster - and they want you to apply.
The three-month part time position requires someone to taste test all of the companies puddings, and they'll pay you £15 per hour to do so.
That's nearly double minimum wage. TO. EAT. PUDDINGS.
Posted on LinkedIn, the application outlines the perfect candidate: "Do you decide your pudding before your main because it's the most important course of the day? Do you have a secret sweet treat stash hidden away at all times? Is your idea of heaven puddings sent straight to your doorstep for the rest of 2019?"
The best part about this job is that you can do it from the comfort of your own home. Pots & Co will simply send you a batch of puds to eat at your leisure, from their classic Salted Caramel & Chocolate Ganache and Lemon & Lime Posset.
All you'll need to do is give "objective and honest feedback on the flavour, appearance and texture of our puddings." You'll also need to be able to "clearly and consistently describe products and the differences between them."
Sounds like something we *think* we might be able to manage in between all the pudding gorging.
The pudding connoisseurs are also offering the winning candidate the change to come to their London HQ to preview exclusive new recipes in development.
Their only requirements are a candidate with a "clear passion for puddings in all shapes, sizes and flavours" and an "eagerness to try all of our products."
Yeah, there's no worry on that front.
To apply, you need to tel Pots & Co what puddings mean to you in no more than 150 words. Simply submit your plea to firstname.lastname@example.org or post on your LinkedIn profile with the hashtag #sweetestjob.
They add: "Due to an expected high number of applications for this tasty role, if you have not heard from us within 10 working days, your application has not been successful."
Ever heard of a more perfect job?
