With Christmas party season now just a matter of weeks away, everyone is gearing up to eat, drink, and be merry.

That said, online retailer Ocado has just released a one litre range of Tails pre-made cocktail bottles - making them the ideal party beverage.

First up is everyone's favourite naughtily-named tipple - the Pornstar Martini.

In case you've been living under a rock far away from the land of basics for a few years, you'll know that this is a mix of passion fruit juice, vanilla and vodka - usually served with a side of prosecco.

Ocado

A description on Ocado's website reads: "One of the most popular cocktails of the moment, with 42 Below New Zealand Vodka, Vanilla, Passion Fruit Liqueur, Passion Fruit Juice and Lime Juice

"Douglas Ankrah is the creator of this elixir. And at first dubbed the Maverick Martini after a shady club in Capetown, South Africa, then renamed the Pornstar Martini, because of all the passion Ankrah would put into this drink.

"A playful cocktail best served shaken with ice and served in a martini glass with passion fruit garnish. Passion fruit or lime garnish and a shot Prosecco on the side."

A litre bottle contains 15 units.

For a more zesty serve, the Tails Mojito might tickle your fancy.

The cocktail in question is a blend of Bacardi Carta Blanca Rum, Mint and Lime Juice

Ocado's description reads: "Some say this drink was developed in the 1500's when the famed explorer Sir Francis Drake landed in the city of Havana, in order to sack the city of its gold.

"A Cuban classic; a combination of sweetness, refreshing citrus, and mint flavours that complement the potent kick of rum. Best served over ice in a highball glass, topped with soda and garnished with fresh mint and lime."

The full litre bottle contains 14.9 units.

If you're after something less fruity and with a little more kick, the Tails Espresso Martini might be the ice cold beverage for you.

Ocado

The website's official description reads: "Tails Espresso Martini is a silky blend of vodka, coffee liqueur and aromatic arabica coffee. It's rich, creamy and indulgent, delivering a perfect sophisticated cocktail experience.

"It is thought that this cocktail was created by Dick Bradsell in 1983 while at the Brasserie Soho in London.

Each 1L bottle will make 8 fantastic Espresso Martinis. Simply shake with ice in a cocktail shaker for 10 seconds, strain into a cocktail glass and garnish simply with 3 coffee beans."

A litre bottle contains 20 units.

The final, and arguably most 'sophisticated' cocktail on offer, is the Negroni.

Ocado

The description on Ocado's website reads: " Invented at Caffe Casoni in Florence, Italy in 1919. Count Camillo Negroni asked the bartender to strengthen his favourite cocktail - the Americano - by replacing the soda water with gin.

"Our classic, Negroni is ready-batched with gin, herbal Italian liqueur and vermouth rosso.

Simply stir over ice in a tumbler glass with an orange peel garnish.

All bottles are priced at £20 (apart from the Negroni which costs £23), and can be bought on Occado's website.

And if you don't fancy splashing out on a whole litre of Pornstar Martini, you could always opt for Marks & Spencer's 25cl canned version.

M&S

M&S describes the drink as 'a deliciously sweet and exotic blend of passion fruit and vodka'.

The cans currently cost £2 for 250ml, but you can get four drinks for the price of three until April 2019 - which, if you ask me, is an absolute bargain.
