M&S Chocolate Easter Bunny Goes Viral For Its Suggestive Pose

It's going down a treat with M&S shoppers.

Marks and Spencer has released a special kind of chocolate Easter egg this year that has captured the attention of social media. The chocolate in question, called a 'yoga bunny' egg, is in the shape of a rabbit performing everyone's favourite yoga pose - the downward dog.

Easter falls on 21st April this year, a little later than usual, which would make you think that the product creatives over at M&S might have had a bit more time to check this one over.

People across social media have been quick to comment for its, ahem, suggestive pose, saying it looks like less of a yoga pose and more like one of a sexual nature.

This isn't the first time Marks and Spencer has sold some interesting food - their 'Love Sausage' back in February for Valentine's day got one Twitter user asking for sympathy at this time for Marks & Spencer retail staff who have to sell these products with a straight face.

One Twitter user even likened it to fictional character Jessica Rabbit.

But Marks & Spencer were quick to deny that it was sexually suggestive.

Priced at just £6, it is only one in Marks and Sparks' Easter egg range which also includes a Prosecco egg (priced at £5 and infused with raspberry, blackcurrant and Prosecco) and a Ruby egg costing £10.

Marks & Spencer says that they have spent decades developing ruby chocolate, and that they are "the latest trend in confectionery".

The range has been designed by Katy Patino, Marks & Spencer's in-house Easter egg developer.

This year's collection has been described by M&S as the "most delicious and innovative range yet".

We can't wait to get stuck in.
