Fast food giant McDonald's has revealed a new festive McFlurry just in time for Christmas, and it's our favourite one yet.

This new addition to the McFlurry menu combines the frozen creamy goodness we all know and love with Maltesers chocolate reindeer.

The creamy, crunchy reindeer pieces are made from malt and crispy honeycomb before being coated in chocolate.

The McFlurry is then topped with chocolate sauce, making it one of the most indulgent treats the chain has to offer.

You can choose from a regular sized McFlurry for £1.29, or opt for the mini version for just 89p if you are saving yourself for Christmas dinner.

This means these are a little pricier than the usual McFlurry options, which cost 59p for the mini version and 89p for the regular size -although prices do vary between restaurants.

These new Maltesers reindeer ice creams will be added to the McDonald's menu next week on Wednesday, 21st November. Rumours suggest that the iconic Terry's Chocolate Orange McFlurry won't be joining the Malteser one on the menu this year.

McDonald's new Mcflurry isn't the only festive release from the fast food chain, as it revealed its new hot drinks selection for the Christmas period.

Competing against Costa and Starbucks' signature Christmas additions to their menus, McDonalds has launched a Millionaire's latte.

This coffee treat compromises of a large shot of espresso with steamed milk and a caramel biscuit flavour syrup.

And if that wasn't indulgent enough, it's then topped with a swirl of rich chocolate cream and a caramel drizzle.

There is also the toffee latte on offer and a hot chocolate to get your chops around, although the festive burgers which launched last year reportedly aren't making a comeback.

The hot drinks are on the menu already, and are priced at £1.99 for a medium or £2.99 for a large.
