Described as a "delicious extra-thick cream infused with pink gin and a little raspberry for a blush colour and light berry flavour," it's set to be a sell-out as the sporting tournament returns for two weeks from 1st July.

M&S Dairy Product Developer Rosie While commented: "Our Pink Gin Cream is set to be a game-changer this summer. Our customers love gin in everything so we couldn't resist adding their favourite tipple to our extra-special cream just in time for Wimbledon."

The chain's also expecting to shift 12 million individual strawberries during the two-week tournament.

And as if one gin-infused newbie wasn't enough, M&S is also launching Ginking Rosé - a combination of a sparkling pink rosé wine and gin - that's £13 a bottle.

The nation's gin fans are spoilt for choice when it comes to quirky new versions of the popular spirit. Cider brand Kopparberg has branched out into the gin game with the development of a mixed fruit gin infused with unusual flavours like botanical juniper, lemon zest and coriander as well as raspberry and blackcurrant.

Tesco is offering a glittery Rhubarb and Rosehip Gin that's just £6 a bottle while Aldi shoppers can get their hands on a Parma Violet flavour - also spiked with a hit of shimmer.

Those preferring a citrus taste should head to ASDA where Verano gins are available with a cheeky Spanish Watermelon or Spanish Lemon twist.

Cheers!
