Summer means sunshine, sangria and now the return of Lidl's best-selling sugar-coated Churros.
Yes, you've read that correctly the supermarket chain's much-loved indulgent pastries, which cost £1.19, are returning to shelves following a successful run last year.
The sweet treats hit stores as part of Lidl's Spanish week, which is a celebration of all things España and means we no longer need to book a holiday to the Costa Del Sol to get our fix.
Lidl's Churros come pre-cooked in a 500g bag so all shoppers need to do is heat them in the microwave for 15 minutes - and voilà!
Ready in no time, it's suggested to serve them piping hot alongside an indulgent homemade dip of melted chocolate, toffee sauce or hazelnut spread. We can already smell their tasty aroma.
The Churros join an array of delicious Spanish-inspired food set to hit stores later this week should you want to bring a taste of the continent to your staycation.
The limited-edition range includes a 1.1kg Air Dried Ham complete with knife and cutting board for just £14.99, Spanish cheese board and tapas meat platter both costing just £1.99.
And should you want to get your tastebuds around some tasty tapas, you can indulge on their battered squid rings for £1.99 for a 500g bag, Patatas Bravas at 99p for a 600g bag, Salsa Brava to accompany the potato dish for £1.29.
Lidl are also selling a cheeky Spanish Omelette, which is available in a choice of three variants; bacon, onion, red and green peppers, Spinach or Chorizo for just £1.99 each.
Although, the Churros have gone up in price by 20p, we think it's well worth the investment.
They, along with the rest of the range are available from Thursday, 8th August, while stocks last.
