Asda Has Dropped The Price Of Baileys To £10 And We're Chuffed
ASDA are killing it in the lead up to Christmas by giving the people what they truly want - cheaper booze and supersized food. They're definitely the real MVP this festive season.
They previously made their 70cl bottle of Bailey's down to £12 and I was forced to go and buy the entire stock, but I should have waited because now they're selling the bottle for a tenner, and I just love a good bargain.
On ASDA's website it says they've given the spirit a lovely little rollback, and for the next few weeks you can get a bottle of your fave creamy goodness for £10. BRB, off to run and get them before all you lot do.
But that's not the only amazing offer they're bringing out in the run up to Christmas. A few days ago, the supermarket giant announced that a foot-long chocolate eclair will soon be going on sale in ASDA and NGL, I can't wait.
The entire thing will set you back £5, but if you're not as big of a fan of eclairs as I am, then you'll be pleased to know the supermarket giant is also bringing out a supersized Macaron, but that's a bit pricier at £8. Still though, looks delicious AF.
However, while I've just gone and got you RIDICULOUSLY excited, there's a problem as the items don't go on sale for a few weeks. I know, I know, you were just planning your trip to ASDA on your way back from work to scoff during tonight's I'm A Celeb.
They go on sale 14th December, just in time for you to bulk-buy it all for any Christmas parties (or just the big day itself) that you may have planned.
I'm really enjoying the world of supersize everything lately. NGL my scales and bank account aren't, but hey - bigger is better, right?
Just like Morrison's foot-long sausage roll for only £1. That was definitely one of the highlights of my 2017.
Darren Monks, store manager at Morrisons Chorlton-cum-Hardy, told Manchester Evening News: "We sell hundreds of freshly baked sausage rolls a week but customers have asked for one that is even bigger."
Morrisons PR added that it weighs half a kilo and is 'double the length and four times the weight of some high street competitors'.
I'm sure Gino could come up with a few sexual innuendos for this one...
That's it, my diet is out the window this year. January I'll start again!
