Aldi has put their Organic Prosecco online at just £8 and as it is made with less sulphite preservatives it shouldn't give you a hangover.

Aldi has put its 'hangover free' Prosecco online for just £8 so you don't even have to leave your sofa to top up your Pornstar Martini supplies.

Almost everyone loves Prosecco, and everyone who loves it hates the hangover it gives you the next day.

However, Aldi's Organic Prosecco shouldn't even give you a slight headache because it is made with less sulphite preservatives than a normal bottle of bubbly would be.

Sulphite preservatives are usually used in wine to keep it fresher for longer- which is a good thing until you've finished the bottle and wake up with a massive headache.

It is these chemicals which can apparently be partly responsible for giving you a bad head the morning after a big night.

With Christmas just around the corner it sounds like the perfect excuse to stock up and avoid any festive hangovers.

The eco-friendly fizz is sourced from the Corvezzo family's 150-hectare estate, 30km north-east of Venice.

The grapes are grown with no pesticides or herbicides used in the vineyard, and are hand picked. The winery is also committed to using renewable energy wherever possible.

Aldi also recently announced the launch of a new Gingerbread Gin Liqueur just in time for the festive season.

The Gingerbread Gin Liqueur will be available from the 1st October both online and in stores and will be just £9.99 a bottle- which is a bargain.

Aldi described the liqueur as having warming notes of ginger, cinnamon, vanilla and orange and is best served with a splash of tonic water and ice.

The supermarket is expecting the gin to be a huge hit, and we can see why as it has been crafted using one of the most popular seasonal flavours.

Sam Caporn, Aldi's Wine Expert (yes that's a real job) said: "The gin bubble is yet to burst, and it's fantastic that shoppers can turn to Aldi for award-winning, great quality bottles that won't break the bank.

"The brand new Gingerbread Gin Liqueur is not only deliciously on-trend, but its a brand new festive tipple, that is sure to delight gin lovers this festive season!"
