Aldi has unveiled its Easter Egg range and my god it's left us drooling.
Each year as Easter rolls around, a simple milk chocolate egg with a small bag of sweets no longer seems quite adequate for many of us grown ups.
We want something more refined, such as rich Belgian chocolate or a thick, chunky shell studded with goodies. Basically, something that'll take us longer than five minutes to eat.

Yep, it's fair to say we have not learnt to limit our sugar intake at Easter over the years.
But often, those luxurious eggs cost an eye-watering amount, so that's where good old Aldi steps in - and this year they've gone BIG.
From the 15th March, the store will launch its premium egg range which cost £14.99 apiece.

You might think that's pretty spenny for Aldi, but you'll be getting an epic 700-800g egg in return that's set to last you days (maybe).
First up is the show-stopping Moser Roth Giant Ostrich Egg. It's a giant white chocolate egg with caramel flavouring (we're thinking Caramac meets a retro Gold Bar?)
Aldi suggests you could share it with friends, but we know better. We'll be locking those doors come 12th April.

The next incredible option looks seriously impressive. It's made up of a huge milk chocolate shell hand decorated with 3D butterflies and inside the hollow sits yet another egg - this time a gold one made from Belgian blonde chocolate. Two eggs in one, guys.
And the store's last gigantic number is the Moser Roth Giant Dragon Egg, a milk chocolate egg that's been hand designed with a decorative ombre metallic finish.
This very Game Of Thrones-esque option could easily belong to Rhaegal, Viserion or Drogon.

We cannot wait for all of these to drop this Sunday but bear in mind, you can only snap them up in store, so find your nearest Aldi here.
But be quick because we're not convinced they'll last long - just look at them.
Aldi is not the only store to be launching an impressive Easter collection, though. M&S has revealed its line recently and it includes the cutest milk chocolate sloth.

But what we're super excited to try are the Easter Sundaes. The £10 fruity one is decorated with freeze-dried raspberries, jelly beans, pink and dark chocolate and a chocolate straw, whilst the caramel and fudge version is topped with chocolate-coated pretzels, creamy fudge pieces and crunchy caramel bits.
You can check some of the range here or head into stores to purchase.
