This UK Bar Is Launching Baileys Strawberries And Cream Martinis For Summer

Fish and chips, gin and tonic, Ross and Rachel - some things are just better together. Baileys knows, and that's why they've decided to launch a whole new capsule collection of cocktails based around its iconic Strawberries & Cream liquor. Yum!

And these just aren't any old cocktails - these are indulgent pretty PINK cocktails that are literally an Instagram dream.

The #DrinkPink Capsule Collection consists of three delish classic cocktails blending the iconic British flavour duo of strawberries & cream that are perfect for a summer BBQs and picnics. What's more, they're super easy to make at home too so you can whip them up quickly for your Wimbledon viewing parties.

If you can't be bothered to go to the trouble of crafting your own cocktails, these little glasses of heaven are being served at various Slug & Lettuce bars throughout the country until Sunday 4^th August, so you can head down to any of the Solihull, Oxford, Tower Bridge, Chester, Worthing, George St, Harborne, Spinningfields, Bath and Bristol Harbourside branches to try them out for yourselves.

If you do fancy yourself a bit of a mixologist maestro though, here's how you can concoct them in your very own kitchen:

Strawberries & Cream-tini

Ingredients

50ml Baileys S&C

12.5ml Grenadine

100ml half & half milk

Garnish

Pink sprinkles on rim and two white mini marshmallows on a pick

Method

Dip the rim of a coupe glass in a dish of sugar syrup and then into a dish of pink sprinkles to create a sprinkled rim. Add the ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake to mix, strain into the pre-prepared glass and garnish with two white mini skewered marshmallows.

Strawberry Coco Crème

Ingredients

50ml Baileys S&C

12.5ml Smirnoff Red

25ml coconut syrup

25ml strawberry puree

75ml half & half milk

Garnish

Whipped cream, strawberry sauce drizzle and a fresh strawberry

Method

Rim a highball glass with strawberry sauce, add all of the ingredients to a shaker filled with ice and shake. Strain into a glass full of ice, garnish with whipped cream, strawberry sauce drizzle and a fresh strawberry.

Strawberries & Cream Split

Ingredients

50ml Baileys S&C

50ml strawberry puree

25ml Smirnoff Red

12.5ml lime juice

12.5ml gomme

Garnish

Half a strawberry and an ice lolly stick

Method

Add a scoop of crushed ice to a copa glass, add all of the ingredients excluding the Baileys to a cocktail shaker, shake and strain over the glass packed with ice. Float with the Baileys and garnish with half of a strawberry on an ice lolly stick to serve.
