Lush Is Launching A Brand New Fold-Out Advent Calendar And We Need It Now

It may be 124 days until Christmas yet the beauty brands are starting to unveil this year's line-up of lust-worthy advent calendars - and Lush's offering is up there with the best.

The bath bomb pioneers have just launched The Lush Advent Calendar, a limited edition advent featuring a super cool fold out design.

But this isn't like your normal advent: instead of paper doors and plastic chocolate, you'll get a beautifully decorated chest, done up with ribbons, that folds out to reveal three drawers filled with 24 full-sized Lush products.

The chest is completely reusable and recyclable so you can keep it on your dressing table and fill it with your own beauty products, jewellery or whatever you like when Christmas is over and done with.

Available on Thursday, 29th August and costing £195, just 500 of the advent calendars have been handmade in the UK - so act fast if you want one.

"We always want to produce packaging that is beautiful and long lasting. When we approached designing an advent calendar, we knew it had to be something special that would have a life after Christmas too," said Suzie Hackney, Head of Creative Direction at Lush.

"The drawers make this design really functional but you still have the traditional way of opening an advent - hunting for the number and having the excitement of revealing a new product every day."

The 24 treats include returning favourites and new Christmas-themed creations from the brand.

Gifts included are the Polar Bear Plunge Bath Bomb, Happy Shower Gel, Fairytale Sugar Scrub, Night Bloom Soap, Snowflake Body Lotion, Golden Pear Glow stick, Midnight Massage Bar, Candy Cane Tooth Jelly, Sleepy Dust Dusting Powder, Jingle Spells, Bath Bomb, and Galaxy Lip Scrub.

Also hidden in the chest are the Ponche Shower Gel, Red Lipstick & Sundry, Pop Art bath bomb, Warm Sock Bath Melt, Butterbear Soap, Yog Nog Shower Gel, Snowman Dreaming Bath Bomb, Rudolfs Nose Shower Bomb, Christmas Eve Bubble Bar, Retro Tree Bath Melt, Santas Grotto Bath Bomb, Holly Fun, and Santas Bubble Wand.
