Allow us to introduce you to Aperol hair, a deliciously bright, vivid and multidimensional orange-red tone that's the mirror image of the fan-favourite Italian cocktail.

Tyla enlisted the help of Freelance Hair Stylist Hayley Gittins, who advises: "A fiery, Vivienne Westwood-style shade like this can be achieved using semi-permanent colours.

"For a bold, bright and trend-lead colour like this I'd recommend going with semi-permanent colour over permanent, as it means that you have the freedom to experiment."
Hayley adds that semi-permanent colours are "glossy and shiny" and "don't grow out in a solid line", giving softer regrowth.
The hair stylist continues: "Each salon is different and can tailor the semi-permanent colour to your desired shade, taking into account factors like your skin tone and natural hair colour. Remember to take in pictures of the shade for reference!
"Natural blondes can go right ahead with a semi-permanent shade but those with darker hair would need to pre-lighten their hair beforehand in order to achieve such a vivid colourway.

"Both BLEACH London and Wella Professional Colour Touch offer a great range of semi-permanent colours which give high shine, multi-dimensional and demi-permanent results.
"Depending on how regularly you wash your hair and exposure to sunlight, a semi-permanent colour should last around six weeks or eight washes," she adds.
To give the style a more durable and long-lasting twist, you can always ask your colourist for an ombre style with a root drag - this will minimise root regrowth.
