Summer is just around the corner, meaning we're already on the hunt for bikinis and beachwear. But rather than filling our suitcases with scores of swimming costumes and beach towels, why not invest in the towelkini which will see you through your entire holiday?
As well as doubling up as a beach outfit, the towelkini is also, obviously, a towel, protecting you from getting covered in sand during beach trips as you sunbathe.
The unique item is essentially a towel with gaps for your legs, arms and head - although it might not be the best for tanning as your stomach is all covered up.
Created by New York-based designer Aria McManus, the towelkini is priced at £156.16 156.16 ($199), and ships all the way from the US for upwards of £26.65 ($33.96).
There is a choice of two colours - Hot Pink and Athletic Gold - and the towelkini is one size fits all.
As per the product description: "Towelkini by Aria McManus melds the two essentials for all things beach, no need to carry a cumbersome towel and an easy to lose swimsuit-here they come as one, materialized as ideal.

While the product is designed so you can leave your swimsuit at home, it's important to note that one side of you will be completely exposed, so unless you're heading to a nudist beach, you still might want to bring a bikini along.
