Bridal Crocs Are The New Fashion Items Absolutely Nobody Needs
If your big day is coming up and you consider yourself an unconventional bride, then we might have just the thing for you: bridal Crocs.
One seller on Etsy is customising Crocs for brides on their big day, adding sparkly sequins to white versions of the iconic shoe.
Princess Pumps, who has reimagined the comfortable shoe, is selling its handmade designs on the online marketplace, and if you ask us, they seem ideal for slipping on at the reception after a long day of tottering around in heels.
If you're keen, the bridal favourite, Starlight Sequin Crystal Iris Crocs Clogs Classics, will set you back £79.17, requiring an additional £23.75 for delivery to the UK.
Fancy your first dance in these? At least you know you'll be comfortable.
The website says: "Looking for unbeatable comfort with a hint of sparkle? Enjoy these flashy crystal sequin Crocs at home or work," adding: "You won't find these in stores!"
The inventive seller is also selling multicoloured Crocs - ideal for festival season - as well as bedazzled Converse and Uggs.
The brand's Rainbow Multi Colored Cayman Slip On Crocs Clogs feature a multicoloured sheath of tiny sequins in blue, green, pink, orange and yellow. How cool?
These ones are going for £75.21 on the site.
But this isn't the first we've heard of Crocs this week: the inexplicably popular footwear label teamed up with Japanese fashion company BEAMS to release a brand new version of their signature rubber sandal, featuring a mini zip-up bag stuck on the back.
The unusual creations hit stores on 19 April and come in two 'vibrant' colours to choose from - Ultraviolet and Tropical Teal - retailing at $53 (£40).
But the fun doesn't stop there: the bizarre collaboration is also treating us to Crocs with added plastic visers - ideal for those that want to keep their feet dry but ventilated - and chic beige creations which come with a strip of suede fringing round the round with added beads - perfect for hippy types or those with an affinity for cowboy culture.
