WATCH: These Two Women Are Running The London Marathon In Underwear

Journalist Bryony Gordon and plus size model Jada Sezer appeared on Friday's Good Morning Britain sofa to reveal their plans to run the London marathon this weekend in nothing but their underwear...

They will take on the 26.2 mile course in just their knickers, bras, socks and a pair of trainers, and have been training hard for the big day.

Bryony told the Independent: "We are doing it to prove that exercise is for everyone, that you can be 'overweight' and healthy.

"Also we just want to show different bodies. If the elites can do it in their sports bra and what is essentially knickers, then why can't we?!"

It isn't Bryony's first time running the marathon, as she also completed it last year. It was during their training that they came up with the idea to run in just their undies.

Good Morning Britains fans were loving the idea on social media, and praised the pair for their 'inspiring' move:

"Marathon running in your underwear. Well done ladies! As a plus sized woman who runs and participated in a contact sport I get it! ," exclaimed one person watching the show.

As somebody else echoed: "Just running a marathon is impressive but your reasons behind it are awesome! Beautiful ladies doing a beautiful thing. Wishing you all the best!"

"Fabulous to see these two on this morning. Good luck & at the London Marathon this weekend for Go girls! ," added a third adoring fan.

While a final declared: "Inspirations enjoy every moment of the marathon ladies ."

By running the marathon, they are hoping that they will raise £10,000 for Heads Together, which is a mental health charity set up by Prince William, Kate Middleton and Prince Harry.
