Magician Julius Dean recently impressed rapper Drake with a lollipop trick in a London nightclub last month but the viewers on Good Morning Britain were less than impressed with his trick.

Julius, who has nearly 20 million followers on Facebook and Instagram, was showing off his skills to presenters Kate Garraway and Eamonn Holmes.

His first trick saw him mysteriously lift his glasses in the air without touching them. However viewers noticed there was a thread connecting his hand to the glasses and took to Twitter slamming him.

One person tweeted: "Amazing trick, how he got that thread on his glasses I'll never know."

A third remarked: "Magic ?? Tragic is closer."

A fourth said: "#string worst display of a trick I've ever seen live on TV."

Well at least Drake was impressed by Julius and his trick, which involved a lollipop and had the rapper in shock.

Julius asked Drake who his favourite superhero is, to which he answered Batman. He then put the lollipop in his mouth and a few seconds later asks Drake it take it out and the lollipop is now shaped as the head of Batman.

Speaking to BBC Newsbeat about the trick he did for Drake Julius said: "He messaged me because he was having an album launch party for Scorpion, he just said to come through.

"I made sure, just in case he wanted to see a little trick, I was at the ready."

Julius posted the video with Drake on Instagram which has received 6,023,654 views. One person commented saying: "Woah. How? Lol."

Another person exclaimed: " lmfaoooooo drake was shook."

A third added: "Omg, this's amazing!"
