Heartwarming footage has emerged showing an adorable puppy comforting his sister at the vets, confirming what we already suspected - us humans just don't deserve dogs.
The video, which is enough to move even the stoniest of people to tears, shows one pup hooked up to a drip, while a second pooch gives her love and affection.
As they both lay on the vet's bed, the male pup seems to be gently holding his sister's head in his paws, in the ultimate display of sibling love.
The two German Shepherd pups had been treated for parvovirus at a vet's clinic in Cairo when the video was taken and while the male pup had already recovered from the deadly virus, he didn't leave his sister's side once.

When the male pooch was back to full health, he reportedly began acting strangely, seemingly worried about his sister who had not yet made her recovery.
The caring little creature started to give his sister love and support until they were both fully recovered.
Viewers have understandably been left choked up at the love shown in the video.

One person commented: "It's heartbreaking. I hope they made a recovery."
Another said: " I wish humans would follow their example."
Canine parvovirus, which both dogs were suffering from, is a highly contagious viral illness that comes in two different forms.
The most common comes in the intestinal form which shows itself with vomiting, diarrhea, weight loss and lack of appetite.

The less common of the two is the cardiac form which attacks the heart muscles of fetuses and very young puppies, and sadly is often fatal.
Most dogs with the disease are treated with fluid therapy, nausea medications and antibiotics while being put on a bland, highly digestible diet.
Let's hope both the adorable pooches made a speedy recovery - we're sure they'll be looking after each other at home too.
