You know it's officially the end of summer when Greggs brings out its autumn menu. Laden with warming dishes to keep you toasty throughout the season, the nationally loved bakers is cutting no corners.
Having celebrated its 80th birthday earlier this year, the high street fave now offers a wide range of delicious lunch time staples.
Due to its enormous success last year, the Pumpkin Spiced Latte is making a return alongside a new warming Apple and Cinnamon Porridge. Both under 300 calories, they're the perfect start to any day.

Also back on the menu for a limited time only is Gregg's tantalising spicy Chicken and Pepperoni Bake. That's fajita flavoured chicken breast and pepperoni in a creamy sauce, and then wrapped in a puff pastry lattice and sprinkled with cheese.
Yes please.
For another zingy lunchtime go-to, the food giant has introduced a hot Peri Peri Chicken baguette. Filled with succulent chicken breast in a hot peri peri sauce and mild cheddar cheese, we're drooling at the mouth already.
Also in the new sandwich range is the Chipotle Chilli Steak Baguette, another winter warmer that will keep you going throughout the day. Stuffed with delicious roast beef, jalapeños and mature cheddar, it's Mexico meets Sunday Roast all rolled into one delicious hunk of bread.

And for a whopping upgrade to the classic bacon roll, the BBQ Chicken and Bacon Toastie is a hangover's dream. A combination of BBQ sauce, sweet-cure bacon, cheese, bechamel sauce and grated cheese, it hits just about every spot.
Greggs has also brought in a couple of lighter dishes which look every bit as delicious but at a fraction of the calorie count. Choose from its limited edition Creamy Chicken and Vegetable Soup or a Peri Peri Chicken Wrap - both under 500 calories.
And of course, true to Greggs' style, you can get any item on the menu and still be shy of dishing out a whole fiver.
