A nine-year-old boy has had his first haircut to help children with cancer.
Reilly Stancombe, from Essex, had never had his 2ft-long hair trimmed, after being inspired by footballer Gareth Bale's long locks.

But in a bid to help kids with cancer, thoughtful Reilly has had his hair chopped and donated to Little Princess Trust, so it can be made into wigs for children battling the disease.
Speaking on Good Morning Britain yesterday, Reilly said: "I wanted to have a chop because it was just getting a bit too long.
"And also I thought it was about time I had it cut and I also wanted to give my hair to people that have cancer because I was at Great Ormond Street and I did see a lot of kids who were fighting cancer or didn't have any hair.

"I thought I should give back to the people I saw in there. So hopefully I'm going to make a few wigs for them."
Reilly's mum, Daisy Canny, 30, explained Reilly had always had his hair shoulder length as a toddler.
"He sort of had it shoulder length growing up as a toddler and as he got older he was inspired by football and he grew it and grew it and grew it and it ended up the 2ft of hair he had," she added.

The momentous event took place earlier this week at Masters & Misters barbers in Clacton-on-Sea. Reilly said he was "scared" at first but by the time it was done, he said he loved his new look!
Reilly had hoped to raise £100 for the Little Princess Trust, but has smashed his target, with the current figure at over £5,600.
"I really hope that this will make a lot of people happy," the nine-year-old added.
