Gwyneth Paltrow has shared a valuable snippet of parenting advice - and we are so here for it.
The A-lister shares two children with her ex, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, 18-year-old Apple and 16-year-old Moses.
Speaking in a new interview, Paltrow gave an insight into how her family dinners go down.
Opening up to restaurateur Ruth Rogers on her podcast, Ruthie’s Table 4, Paltrow said: “We felt special being included at the dinner table even though it was a nightly event.

"If they had friends over then we sat with them at the table and had long conversations. It’s something that I have carried on with my kids as well.”
She continued: “We always have dinner all together, as a family, no phones allowed at the table. You get into great discourse with them, you hear what they think about things.
“I think my father made me feel that I was valuable during those dinners because he really elicited our opinions and asked questions and my brother and I were very much a part of the conversation.”
Adding that she still cooks for her teenage children at weekends, the star also said: “It was such an unabashed expression of my father’s love for us, there was no denying it and when someone is so excited about the sear on their baby back ribs, it’s so imbued with love that you learn it as a love language.”

It comes after Paltrow revealed her husband Brad Falchuk is ‘totally cool’ with her and her ex-fiancé Brad Pitt’s friendship.
Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, Paltrow shared: “My husband is probably like the least judgmental, most secure man in our relationship, so I think he totally respects [the friendship].”
In June, Paltrow and Pitt caught up during an interview shared on the former’s lifestyle brand Goop’s website, with Paltrow quipping: “I finally found the Brad I was supposed to marry. It just took me 20 years.”

Pitt replied: “And it’s lovely to have you as a friend now. And I do love you.”
“I love you so much,” Paltrow responded.
She later told ET of Pitt: “When we first broke up, we weren't friends for a while and then we sort of found our way back, probably about 18 or 19 years ago, something like that, and then just kind of stayed in touch over the years.
“I adore him. He's an amazing person, and he's a great entrepreneur, and such a creative, and such a good person. I really love him. I'm a big fan."
