Little Mix's Jade Thirlwall Makes Dig About Not Being Cast As Princess Jasmine
The cast for the remake of everyone's fave Disney film, Aladdin, has finally been announced, and it looks like one celeb is pretty annoyed she didn't make the cut. Oh dear.
Little Mix's Jade Thirlwal, was apparently shortlisted to play the beautiful Princess Jasmine, but missed out on the role in Guy Ritchie's reboot to actress Naomi Scott.
Jade posted an Instagram which appeared to make reference to the lost opportunity, claiming she was "over it". The singer, dressed in a fluffy grey coat, was holding a pistol and didn't look too happy. She still looks gorgeous though.
Jade's fans comforted her on missing out on the role underneath the snap.
One user sympathised: "You don't need them Jade, you are amazingly talented and have millions of fans worldwide and no matter what. You'll always be our princess Jasmine."

In a recent interview with Capital FM, 24-year-old Jade said she could neither "confirm or deny" that she would be playing Princess Jasmine in the film:
Naomi Scott took to Twitter to share her delight in being cast for the iconic film.
She wrote: "So excited to be a part of this adventure! This is gonna be fun."
Never mind, Jade. I'm sure you'll get "over it".
