Gaz Beadle's Son Rushed To Hospital Four Times For Emergency Care
Gaz Beadle's girlfriend Emma McVey has revealed that their son Chester has been rushed to hospital four times for emergency care.
The model opened up about their terrifying ordeal, and told fans that their three-month old son was experiencing so much pain that he couldn't even eat. A&E doctors repeatedly sent them away, putting it down to colic.
Taking to Instagram on Sunday, 25-year-old Emma shared a cute video of her son, and said: "There's been nothing worse than to see Chester so poorly and in pain from every feed, to the point I cried for him.
She added: "Everyone sees a brave front but it has been the hardest time of my life to not be able to take the pain myself.
"Thanks to all the emergency doctors who brushed us off with colic...blaming the fact we are 'first time parents'.
"After four emergency visits we finally found an amazing paediatrician who listened, who checked and helped us."
She added: "I definitely couldn't have got through the past week without the amazing help from grandparents, friends and a fab daddy that Chester has."
Thankfully Chester got a diagnosis and is now having treatment, with Emma updating fans on his progress on social media.
"A tablet a day dissolved and given by syringe for his stomach acid and we have a happy Chester, not 100% but he's definitely on his way!" explained Emma.
Chester was born on 15th January 2018, and an emotional Gaz detailed how he was fighting back the tears following the birth of his first son in an interview with OK! Magazine.
He told the publication: "I was fighting back tears as it was happening and I was thinking to myself, don't cry! I was turning away as it was happening. It's the weirdest thing. It's mad."
