A retired British woman has tragically died after trying to 'save her husband' as he suffered a fatal heart attack on holiday.
On Saturday (9 March), David John Foster, 76, and Rosaline Foster, 77, were discovered on Paradise Beach on the island of Carriacou in Grenada.
Mr. Foster was pronounced dead at the scene while Ms Foster was rushed to Princess Royal Hospital on the island, where she was later pronounced dead by a doctor.

Police have since launched an investigation and a post-mortem is expected to take place to determine the cause of death with local media reports saying it was an apparent drowning.
According to the BBC, police officials believe Mr. Foster might have had a heart attack after getting into difficulty while in the sea at the beach.
They reportedly said that police found him lying in the sand before he was declared dead at the scene by a doctor.

Speaking to BBC News, Cpl Ardell Lewis said: "The basic facts seem to suggest the man may have suffered a heart attack and the lady may have gone to his assistance, and she probably would have drowned."
Police added that the couple were retired and with other family at the time and they are now continuing to investigate their tragic deaths.
A Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office spokesperson told Tyla: "We are assisting the family of two British people who died in Grenada and are in contact with the local authorities."
Tyla has also reached out to Royal Grenada Police Force for further comment.
